Warranty

All products sold by SpaceHubs are new and genuine.

Defects on arrival

If a product is defective on arrival or develops a defect within 30 days of delivery, we replace it or refund it in full. See Returns and refunds.

Manufacturer warranty

Most stoves and heaters come with a limited warranty from the manufacturer, described in the owner’s manual. SpaceHubs is an independent retailer, so the manufacturer decides how its warranty applies. Many warranties require installation by a qualified installer and registration of the product.

How we help

After the first 30 days, contact the manufacturer with your proof of purchase (your SpaceHubs invoice). If you need help, email contact@spacehubs.store and we will provide documents and help you reach the manufacturer.

What warranties usually do not cover

  • Damage from incorrect installation, over-firing or unsuitable fuel.
  • Wear parts such as door gaskets, glass, firebricks and baffles.
  • Lack of cleaning and maintenance.
