Payment methods

SpaceHubs accepts payment by invoice, paid by bank transfer.

How it works

  1. Place your order at checkout.
  2. You immediately see our bank details on the confirmation page and receive your invoice (PDF) by email.
  3. Send the bank transfer for the invoice total, with the payment reference shown on your invoice.
  4. When the payment is received, we confirm your order by email and ship it within 1–3 business days.

Accepted transfers

  • ACH transfer from a US bank account (usually free).
  • International wire transfer from a bank outside the US (Canada, UK, Europe). Put only the reference shown on your invoice in the memo field.
  • Domestic wire transfer (usually arrives the same day).

Need a formal quote or an invoice before ordering? Contact us and we will send one.

Fees

All prices and invoices are in US dollars. We do not charge any payment fee. Your bank may charge a fee for sending a wire; the amount we receive must equal the invoice total.

Important

  • Your order is confirmed and shipped only after the payment is received.
  • Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 7 days.
  • Only use the bank details shown on your invoice and on this website. We will never ask you to pay to a different account by phone or email. If in doubt, call us at (817) 589-1810.
