Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SpaceHubs and all purchases made on it. The store is operated by EJM Entreprise LLC dba SpaceHubs, 2704 Handley Ederville Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76118. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Last updated: October 26, 2026.

Products and information

We describe products using information provided by their manufacturers. Photos are for illustration; minor differences in color or packaging can occur. If a listing contains an error, we will contact you before shipping.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. If a price was listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order after receiving your payment. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product becomes unavailable, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Payment

Orders are paid by invoice via bank transfer, as described on Payment methods. Orders not paid within 7 days are cancelled.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping policy, returns and refunds by our Returns policy, and warranty by our Warranty page, which form part of these terms.

Installation and safe use

Stoves, gas appliances and heaters must be installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and local building codes, by a qualified installer where required. Always install working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your state of residence.
