Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how EJM Entreprise LLC dba SpaceHubs (“we”, “us”), operator of SpaceHubs, collects, uses and protects your personal information. Last updated: October 26, 2026.

Information we collect

  • Order information: name, email, phone number, shipping address and the products you order.
  • Payment information: the details of your bank transfer received from our bank (sender name, amount, reference). We never ask for card numbers or online banking passwords.
  • Communications: messages you send us.
  • Technical data: basic data such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider for security.

How we use your information

  • To process, ship and support your order, and send invoices and order emails.
  • To answer questions and handle returns and warranty claims.
  • To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the store, and only what they need: hosting and database providers, our email provider, our bank, our suppliers and the carriers that deliver your order. When you type your address at checkout, the text is sent to an address lookup service to suggest matching addresses.

Cookies and storage

Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally 7 years), then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. We honor these requests for all customers, including rights under state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Email contact@spacehubs.store; we answer within 30 days.

Security

Our site uses HTTPS encryption. Access to order data is limited to staff who need it.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
