The package also includes a Universal 2-Zone Control Panel with (2) Bond Smart Dimmers . These new packages are preconfigured and stocked for an estimated 1–2 business day ship time , making them an excellent option for projects requiring a standard two-heater, 240V installation. What size stove do I need?
As a rough guide, a home in a cold climate needs about 30–40 BTU per square foot. Compare that with the heating area and BTU rating published by the manufacturer, and allow for insulation and ceiling height.
Who installs the stove?
We sell and ship the equipment. Installation should follow the manufacturer’s instructions and local building codes; we recommend a certified installer, and some areas require a permit.
Do I need a chimney?
Wood stoves need a properly sized chimney or class A flue. Most pellet stoves vent through a wall with pellet pipe. Electric fireplaces need no venting.
How are stoves delivered?
Large stoves ship by freight truck, curbside. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Orders leave within 1–3 business days after payment and arrive in 6–10 business days.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free; a 10% restocking fee applies unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
